I’ve been to several Disney on Ice shows, which I have loved, and the latest show, Disney On Ice Presents Dare to Dream, is now at the top of my favorites list. Moana was a hit!
The entire show was exciting and it was lovely to see so many of the princesses once again, as well as Mickey, Minnie, and friends. One of my favorite parts of the show was the introduction of Moana, and the characters from the movie really brought the show new life.
Everyone enjoyed the performances from the beginning, but the energy exploded once Moana entered the arena, and after spending this year obsessing over Moana with my family, my entire evening was made. If you loved Maui and Tamatoa in the movie, you’ll be equally as enamored with them on ice. Feld Entertainment really knocked this South Pacific segment of the show out of the box.
I don’t want to give away any spoilers for those of you headed to see the show for the first time (other than my Disney on Ice video), but just be ready to sing. “How Far I’ll Go” is not only a fan favorite in the film, it’s even bigger and better in real life.
I’m pretty sure I sang louder than the kids… #DontJudgeMe
As you can see, Moana’s presence in the show was everything the Disney on Ice show needed this season. I’m so glad I had the opportunity to see it. Check out a few photos of the fun we had…
The Disney on Ice Presents Dare to Dream will be at EagleBank Arena through October 8th and will be headed to Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore October 11-15th. Click here to see more Disney on Ice tour stops, or to find the show in a city near you.
